Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shop All account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
